About the Role
- Assist in the provision of a high-level advisory service to line managers and staff across a range of Human Resources functions.
- Coordinate and participate in the development and delivery of training programs, workshops and presentations on a range of workforce practices.
- Participate in the case management and investigation of grievances, industrial matters, performance issues, health management, incidents and injuries, Workcover claims and workplace rehabilitation in collaboration with senior team members.
- Assist in the review of the facility's workforce practices and policies to ensure compliance with contemporary public sector requirements and assist in the ongoing development and implementation of quality improvement processes.
