The Stefan Corporation is seeking a dynamic Office Administration Assistant to join our Head Office team. This role works closely with our HR team members in our Head Office to assist in making our office team run smoothly.
Stefan is the industry leader in the Queensland Hair Community with 30+ salons statewide. We have been in business for 55+ years and are growing!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet all visitors
- Assisting with the recruitment process
- Working with discretion and handling of confidential information
- Policies and Procedures administration
- Respond to all apprenticeship and general staff and customer enquiries
- Booking group and one-on-one interviews
- Organizing and scheduling workshops/salon trials
- Conduct staff inductions
- Prepare contracts and administration documents
- Note taking during meetings
- Build strong rapport with employees across the Stefan Group
- Liaise closely with payroll, accounts, marketing and salon support
- General ad hoc duties as required by the department including;
- Initiating and supporting Cultural Initiatives to support the wellbeing of the teams
- Filing and general office organisation and administration
- Assisting other departments in their roles and responsibilities
- Office organisation and presentation
The successful candidate will possess:
- Minimum 3 years experience within an Administration role or similar
- Excellent time management Skills
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly effective planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain accurate written documentation and files
- Be passionate to succeed and help
- Love working in a fast paced environment
- Advanced Excel / Word
