The Company:

The Role:
As the Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of bar operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control. You will lead by example, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times and fostering a positive work environment. Additionally, you will assist in implementing marketing initiatives and maximising revenue opportunities.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in an Assistant Manager within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of bar operations, including inventory management and customer service best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
