RRI Advisory provides Recovery, Restructuring and Insolvency solutions nationally through its Melbourne CBD Office, servicing clients in Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales.
The Opportunity:
We are looking for someone to support the Partners/Appointees in the effective execution and case management of a broad range of Insolvency Matters handled by our office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Supervisor/Manager you will be working directly with the Partner/Appointee and have day-to-day responsibility for the management, support and supervision of a team of support staff. You will work on tasks including:
- Management of Court Liquidations, CVL's, VA's, Trade-Ons & Small Receivership's
- Conduct Investigations as required
- Manage Statutory Reporting Requirements
- Liaise with Debtors, Creditors and Clients
- Assist with Administration and Case Management
- Undertake some Business Development activities
- Assist in informal engagements including turnaround and business review engagements
- Management of a team of junior insolvency professionals
Skills and Experience Required:
RRI Advisory requires a motivated individual that is capable of working independently. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone to grow and develop their career. We are looking for candidates with the following:
- 3-5+years insolvency experience
- CA / CPA qualified (may also be undertaking the program)
- an assertive communicator, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- solid technical skills
- motivated, with a strong work ethic and flexibility to the challenges of working in a professional environment
- demonstrated leadership ability
- the ability to develop plans and reports
- previous experience in supervising a team
