As the Junior Property Manager, you will provide essential support to a Property Manager in various aspects of Property Management, including:
- Tenant Liaison: Communicate effectively with tenants, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
- Inquiry Management: Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Routines and Entry & Exits: Assist with conducting property routines and managing entry and exit processes.
- Tenancy Applications: Process and evaluate tenancy applications, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.
- Administrative Duties: Undertake administrative tasks to support the Property Management operations.
We are seeking an individual who is enthusiastic about learning and passionate about building a long-term career in real estate. The ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications and attributes:
- Must speak fluent Mandarin
- Previous Real Estate Experience: 1 year in a similar role
- Current VIC Agents Representative Certificate (Certificate IV), ensuring compliance with industry requirements.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Display exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Attention to detail: ensuring all data is up to date in the system, enabling smooth operations and accurate record keeping
