About The Opportunity:
Recent internal promotions have opened up opportunities to take on a leadership role within MAMAS Dining Group and assist us in driving our venues toward this new and exciting phase. We are looking for Assistant Venue Managers both existing and upcoming projects.
The Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Management experience in high-pressure environments
- Exceptional service skills and guest focus
- Great organisational skills
- Excel at managing labour and COGs
- Experience using deputy or similar rostering system
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional organisation and leadership skills
