Associate Agent To Principal

What will you be doing in this role:

• Preparing for and attending open homes
• Prospecting calls to the database and local residents
• Prepare for and attend marketing appraisals
• Follow up buyer inquiry and nurture buyer pipeline
• Assist with running auction campaigns
• Attend pre-settlement and building inspections
• Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions
• Open home call backs and prepare Vendor reports
• Negotiate sales and exchange contracts
• Attend photoshoots

  
The right candidate will have:

• Experience in a similar role prospecting and managing buyers
• A NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 licence
• Impeccably presented and confidently spoken
• A valid drivers licence and reliable car
• A confident phone manner
• The ability to work as a part of a team
• Knowledge of the lower north shore and its amenities
