As a pivotal member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inquiries from buyers via phone and email
- Identifying and pursuing sales leads
- Facilitating communication between vendors, buyers, and contractors
- Conducting open homes and private buyer inspections
- Participating in appraisals and listing appointments
- Providing excellent client care and follow-up services
- Collaborating with vendors, buyers, photographers, etc.
- Skillfully negotiating sales and contracts
- Creating marketing materials and composing ads and editorials
- Monitoring marketing campaigns
- Participating in and managing auctions
- Possession of a full Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration in NSW
- Demonstrated success as a Real Estate Sales Agent or Associate
- Ability to work autonomously, self-motivate, and manage one's schedule effectively
