Overview
We have a fantastic leadership opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to fill a temporary position as the Associate Nurse Unit Manager in Quorn.
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide nursing and/or midwifery clinical care services to patients/clients in a variety of health service settings. As the Associate Nurse Unit Manager, your role will be to support the Nursing/Midwifery Nurse Unit Manager in the leadership of nurses/midwives in the ward/unit/service. Support responsibilities may include performance management processes, recruitment, staffing, leave management, rostering, work allocation and attendance management, financial and supplies planning and monitoring.
