We're in search of an Associate Nurse Unit Manager to join our committed team at Grampians Health Kurrajong Lodge. This permanent position is available either full-time or part-time and offers an immediate start. It involves working a rotating 7-day, 24-hour roster. The ideal candidate will provide personalised nursing care with a focus on individuals, fostering involvement of residents and families in all aspects of care.
Skills and experience
Essential:
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Organisational experience congruent with experience
- Excellent Communication and problem solving skills
- Commitment to quality improvement and superior customer service
- Proficiency in the use of information technology
Desirable:
- Clinical Skills relevant to area
- Aged care nursing experience

This position is paid in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2020 - 2024.
All appointments are subject to a satisfactory police records check, immunisation clearance and Working with Children check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check.
All employees must be willing and able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required, which at a minimum is a surgical mask. Additional PPE requirements are role-dependent.
