Our client, an ever-growing and respected organization, is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their vibrant Customer Service team! Centrally located in Sydney, CBD, Monday- Friday standard office hours.
About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for new inbound client enquiries
- Creating and updating new client files in Salesforce
- Booking new client appointments
- Sending out highly confidential paperwork
- Responding to web and email enquiries
- Ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and friendly manner
- Liaise with Management regarding issues, timeline scheduling, and client escalations
- Ad hoc administrative tasks as required

Requirements:
- Proven previous experience within a Customer Service position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate with a diverse client base with empathy and professionalism
- Capable of working within a team as well as independently
- Self-motivated, strong attention to detail, and highly organized
- Willingness to work onsite full time during probation
- Working knowledge of Salesforce highly desired
