As the Australia Wide Training Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning landscape for our colleagues nationwide. In this position, you will be responsible for crafting, delivering, and refining technical training programs to ensure alignment with our clients' evolving needs and industry standards. This role offers a unique career pathway away from client-facing responsibilities, allowing you to leverage your accounting background and passion for learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior leaders, L&D professionals, and subject matter experts to design and deliver tailored training programs addressing technical requirements across different levels and markets.
• Manage the national technical training schedule and L&D budget, ensuring timely delivery of training initiatives and providing regular updates on expense management.
• Curate and maintain a comprehensive knowledge library to facilitate easy access to training resources for PBTA team members.
• Lead national training projects, preparing reports and status updates to support ongoing business initiatives.
• This role involves occasional interstate travel to our client's offices across Australia, approximately once every 6 weeks.

Skills and Experience:

• Extensive experience in business services accounting, with a solid understanding of the Australian taxation landscape.
• Previous experience or a demonstrated interest in managing comprehensive technical development programs.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate technical materials and identify gaps in alignment with organizational competencies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for engaging with key stakeholders to address training needs effectively.
