THE POSITION:
- Assist in the coordination and the preparation of all the Australian Open food and beverage activation.
- Proficient in adhering to critical timelines
- Coordinate the package costing from Front of House, Back of House, including Costs of good sold, labour costing and beverages
- Work closely with the AO Project Manager, Premium Experience Ambassador and logistics teams to ensure smooth implementation of all hospitality arrangements.
- Serve as a central point of contact for stakeholders, Tennis Australia and Levy
- Document details meeting minutes, and circulate minutes and actions
THE PERSON:
- Proven experience in event coordination or project management, preferably within the sports or entertainment industry.
- Knowledge of event logistics, including venue preparation, scheduling, and coordination of resources.
- Familiarity with sports event management software and tools, such as scheduling software, CRM systems, and project management platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate and address potential challenges or issues proactively.
