About the role
- As our Accounts Payable/ Receivable, you will be assisting and reporting to the Administration Manager assisting them with various administrative tasks.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Examining and handling supplier invoices while generating internal invoices.
- Managing Accounts Receivable. Overseeing Customer Credit accounts and taking collection measures.
- Conducting weekly and monthly reconciliations of supplier statements.
- Ensuring supplier information is correct and up to date in our system.
- Establishing and nurturing strong and positive working relations both internally and externally.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable / Receivable is preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in delivering the highest level of customer service with accuracy and taking a proactive approach to investigations and resolving discrepancies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to contribute to working both in a team setting and independently.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
