Automotive Office Receptionist

We are currently seeking an Office Receptionist / Persona assistant to join our dynamic team at ADMR QLD. As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
• Provide accurate information / updates to our clients.
• Schedule appointments, bookings.
• Handle customer inquiries.
• Assist in processing sales and service documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain a clean and organised reception area and office space.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record keeping.
