- Awareness and ability to work efficiently, handling multiple customer enquiries at a time
- Strong time management & organisational skills
- Ability to support and work with other team members and departments
- Enthusiastic, warm, keen and pleasant manner
- High level of professionalism and personal presentation
- Ability to consistently follow service process and procedures
- Initiative to help on the front line if the need arises
- Exceptional communication skills
- High level of computer literacy with experience using Microsoft Office
About this role:
- Connect with customers at the desk and over the phone, build rapport quickly and act with integrity
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a high level of professionalism
- Be willing to learn and humble when mistakes are made- we are human after all
- Use your owner’s mindset to manage your time, prioritise the important tasks and ensure that you meet service deadlines
- Be agile and flexible to change, things move pretty quickly here
- Answer inbound calls promptly
- Make appointments via phone and email
- Prepare repair orders and update customers details, ensuring accuracy of data recording
- Co-ordinate transport for customers to and from the Dealership
- Perform clerical duties as required, scanning, filing, photocopying and general administration
- Other administrative duties as required by the Service Manager
- Mandarin or Cantonese speaking would be advantageous but not necessary
