Toowoomba Automotive have an opportunity for aService Receptionist to join our well-established team. This is not your everyday Receptionist role, this important role is focussed on ensuring our valued customers are receiving great, prompt communication over the phone & in person in order to maintain and deliver the Ultimate Customer Experience.

This is a fast-paced role in which you will work with a diverse team and customer base, you will be required to juggle multiple priorities to ensure that customers are always our number one focus.

About this role:
- Connect with customers at the desk and over the phone, build rapport quickly and act with integrity- always
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a high level of professionalism
- Use your owner’s mindset to manage your time, prioritise the important tasks and ensure that you meet service deadlines
- Be agile and flexible to change, things move pretty quickly here
- Answer inbound calls for the Service Department promptly
- Make Service Appointments via phone and email
- Prepare repair orders and update customers details, ensuring accuracy of data recording
- Co-ordinate transport for customers to and from the Dealership
- Liaise with the Workshop/ Parts Department and other front-line staff
- Perform clerical duties as required, scanning, filing, photocopying and general administration
- Other administrative duties as required by the Service Manager to support the Parts and Service Department

- Time management skills in order to juggle a busy department
