We are currently looking for an experienced Warranty Clerk / Administrator to join our Service team.
To succeed in this role, you must have previous experience in a similar Warranty Clerk role within the automotive industry. Experience working with Mazda Warranty will be highly regarded but is not essential.
We are looking for someone who can also demonstrate:
- Clear communication skills - written and verbal
- Strong problem solving skills
- An honest and reliable work ethic
- Strong administration and computer skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organisation
- Submitting warranty claims to Mazda Australia
- Reconciling claim payments and closing out repair orders in in-house system
- Keeping warranty register up to date
- Ensuring all replaced warranty parts are tagged and stored in warranty parts store and returned to manufacturer as requested
- Submitting daily reports back to manufacturer
- Reconciling service till daily
- Answering phones and assisting at service reception as required
Remuneration will be negotiated with the successful candidate and will be based on experience.
