This is an opportunity for an autonomous Barista all-rounder/Front of House to work in our CBD bakery, providing fantastic coffee to our customers during the mornings.
You will be responsible for opening or closing our CBD Bakery near Circular Quay, setting up the outdoor seating and displays, and welcoming our first customers.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining friendly, courteous, and prompt service to customers.
- Coordinating opening and closing procedures.
- Ensuring a safe work environment.
- Food handling and preparation (including sandwich preparation and some basic pastry baking).
You must be able to create and maintain a welcoming and inspiring environment for our customers. The successful applicant would work from 8 AM to 4 PM (closing shift) or 6 AM to 12:30 PM (opening shift) Monday to Friday.

Successful applicants must have:
- Skills, knowledge, and experience in barista coffee making in Australia.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume operation in the hospitality/retail industry and adapt to a changing environment.
- Proven ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to manage stock and maintain food standards.
