- Full-time position, 38 hours per week
- Assist the Assistant Manager - Banquets oversee the daily operation of Banquets, Conferences, Events and Weddings
- Ensure functions are set up according to the Banquet Event Order
- Deliver on information contained within the Banquet Event Order
- Ensure that catering and event operations are delivered to a high standard
- Effectively complete on boarding and training of new team members
- Attend weekly Banquet Event Order meetings
