We're in search of a seasoned Bar Manager, with a track record of excellence, ideally in a high-volume cocktail setting. Your qualifications should include:
- A wealth of knowledge in the realms of cocktails and whisky.
- Design and develop inspiring cocktail and beverage menus in line with the venues concept and identity.
- Oversee day-to-day bar operations, including inventory management, ordering and stock control to ensure an efficient and cost-effective operation.
- Strong leadership, possessing the ability to mould and ignite a diverse team to reach new heights.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Collaborate with Venue Managers and Head Chef across the group to ensure consistency and alignment of beverage programs with overall brand strategy.
- Ready to embrace the demands of weekends and evenings.
