Previous experience in a similar environment is certainly preferred, and all candidates must demonstrate a real passion for connecting with people, Leadership and providing extraordinary customer experiences.
As the Bar Manager you will be responsible for;
- Building and Maintaining you own team of passionate individuals
- Customer Experiences, both at the bar and out on the floor
- Stock and ordering
- Maintaining KPI's and Budgets
- Constant creation of listed Cocktails as well as weekly specials
