What we need from you?
- Two years' experience in a similar role
- Creative and innovative with expertise in developing and executing cocktail menus.
- Work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player
- Experience with stock control and solid understanding of financials
- Expertise in developing and executing cocktail menus.
- Strong leadership skills
- Preferably, a background or training in wine knowledge
