The Job:
- Own all aspects of club operations associated with your shift.
- Hands on role
- Night and weekend work – rotating roster. Full time or Part Time will be considered.
- Work in the bar, cafe, cellar and gaming areas.
- Open and close the club.
- Cash handling including balancing tills and floats
- Stocktake
- Oversee and train staff
- Ensure compliance with the Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, Food Act, RSA and RCG and HACCP and Gaming Regulations
About You:
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, ‘can do’ attitude
- Experience working in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of gaming / gaming systems, TAB & KENO operations
- Experience overseeing staff and making tough decisions
- Knowledge of cellar operations.
- Exposure to security processes
- Ability to troubleshoot, problem solve and implement solutions to ensure positive customer experiences
- Knowledge of Liquor & Licensing Laws and ability to follow policies and procedures that relate to them
- RSA & RCG essential
- Good, practical knowledge of WH&S principles
- National Police Check required.
