Searching for a restaurant/cafe/bar manager for a small venue in Perth's southern Perth's lively southern corridor. Working with a small team, you will lead from the front in all aspects of venue operations.
Qualifications & experience
- At least two years managerial experience in similar role
- Appropriate qualifications viewed favourably, but not essential
- Through product knowledge for craft beer, wine, & cocktails.
- Experience in managing to KPI expectations
Tasks & responsibilities
- Organise and control the operation of a combined small bar & restaurant, as associate/venue manager.
- Planning, executing, and delivering the food and beverage offering, in conjunction with your colleagues.
- Plan and organise special functions
- Ensuring facilities comply with health regulations, and are clean and functional
- Engage with customers to ensure their complete satisfaction with our food and beverage offering
- Selecting, training, and supervising other staff (bartenders, runners, and kitchen)
- Lead from the front during service
- Take reservations, greet guests, and take their orders.
- Take independent ownership of the entire guest experience
