This pivotal position involves spearheading a team of behavioral support practitioners, providing invaluable guidance and expertise to ensure the delivery of exceptional services to NDIS-funded clients.

- Extensive experience mentoring BSPs or possessing leadership/management roles within the human services sector, including disability services, healthcare, family support, or similar fields.
- Completed degree qualification (or higher) in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, or a related discipline – a mandatory requirement.
- A comprehensive understanding of good clinical practice, including familiarity with the regulatory requirements in Queensland and the operational context of Behavior Support delivery.
- Knowledgeable about contemporary practices and ideologies relevant to service provision for individuals with intellectual and/or cognitive disabilities.
- Experience or familiarity with developing positive behavior support strategies tailored to individuals with disabilities or cognitive impairments.
- Strong proficiency in administrative tasks and demonstrated expertise in utilising MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Right to Work in Australia i.e., Australian/NZ Citizen, Permanent Resident or Visa with permission to work
- A current Blue Card
- NDIS Worker's Screening Check,
- A current and valid Driver’s License
