The objective of role is to support the bids and tender processes across NSW and QLD.
The role requires collaboration with both the business development and marketing functions within the business as well as service delivery and business system teams.

Major responsibilities
Bid management
- Search/filter, download and disseminate tender opportunities
- Co-ordinate completion of responses to tenders and upload and submission to various portals as required
- Attend fortnightly business development meetings
- Maintain BD tracker
- Contribute to central knowledge management repository (identify relevant material and maintain records)
- Co-ordinate updates to marketing collateral as required
- Provide marketing and events support as required
- Manage updates to databases - marketing collateral, tender portals, panels, PPQ submissions, client databases
- Prepare quarterly marketing report
- Co-ordinate completion and reporting of monthly QMS activity
- Educated to degree level, or equivalent experience gained in relevant field.
- Excellent attention to detail
- APMP Foundation certification is desirable
- Highly proficient in written English
- Complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Assist with the collation and delivery of tender responses and submissions to the highest quality and in line with the company's standard
- Deliver accurate and timely reporting
- Maintain the integrity of necessary trackers, registers and bid documentation
- Compliance with E-learning updates
