About the Role:
As we continue to grow, we seek a dedicated and proactive Full-Time Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team based in Taren Point.
The Office Coordinator will allow the wider business to focus on their areas of responsibility by providing essential support to each team, ensuring effective and efficient operation.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive service management.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring timely connection with appropriate personnel.
- Handle phone calls, provide support to the Client Services Manager, and maintain accurate records.
- Compile, verify, and input customer and account data, generating reports and managing documents.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and schedules.
- Maintain general office upkeep, manage supplies and equipment, and liaise with facility management vendors.
About You:
- Proven experience as an Office Coordinator/Manager or Administrative Assistant.
- Knowledge of office administration responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
