About the Role:
As the Bid & Business Development Manager, you'll be the driving force behind their winning proposals and impactful marketing collateral. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating submission activities and managing team resources
- Developing tailored content for bid proposals and maintaining submission materials
- Strategising for positioning and inclusion on tender lists
- Supporting strategic plans and initiatives to expand client base and enhance our market presence
- Collaborating with the marketing team on PR, events, and client engagement initiatives
- Assisting with internal and external communications, including newsletters, website content, and social media
About YOU:
- 3 – 5 years of bid management experience preferably in the architecture, engineering, or construction sectors
- Exceptional copywriting, proofreading, and communication skills
- Strategic problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Proactive, well-organised, and collaborative team player
