ABOUT THE ROLE
This newly created role will see you partnering with our Executive Sales and Marketing Managers, taking ownership of all bid management activities and playing a pivotal role in securing and retaining key client accounts and relationships.
Duties will include:
- Developing and reviewing a comprehensive tender library.
- Identifying and tracking upcoming tender opportunities for new business, growth and the retention of existing clients.
- Building highly successful tender response processes including timeline and project management frameworks.
- Establishing critical customer and quality requirements to incorporate into strategic responses.
- Managing bid teams and inputs from a variety of stakeholders and SME's.
- Ensuring timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids.
- Coordinating post bid reviews with customers and internal stakeholders.
WHAT YOU NEED
To be considered you will ideally:
- Demonstrate a proven track record in building successful bid strategies and tender process management.
- Hold tertiary qualifications in Bid Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
- Demonstrate an extensive working knowledge of Novated, Fleet and related industries.
- Exceptional written communication and presentation skills, able to deliver high level reports, proposals and papers.
- Display excellent communication, analytical and project management skills.
- Experience in partnering with high level representatives from Government, Not for Profit and Private organisations.
- Be a strategic thinker with a strong ability to lead and motivate teams.
