eStore Logistics is the market leading eCommerce and omni-channel third-party Logistics provider (3PL). What are we looking for?
To be successful in this role you will be able to facilitate accountability within the billing function, thus ensuring that each stakeholder adheres to the process and is completing and updating any adjustments to customer bills in an accurate and timely manner. You will be a leader that communicates effectively with all stakeholders and that is not afraid to have tough conversations when necessary. Furthermore, you will be analytical, accurate and results driven.
What will you do (but not limited to)?
As the Billing & Collections Officer, you will support the finance department by owning the billing and collections functions. This includes ensuring accuracy in the billing process, monitoring debtor payments, assisting with the investigation of client invoice queries and overseeing calculations of possible credits in line with eStore Logistics processes. You will also support the and financial reporting functions by performing tasks such as report generation, analysis and commentary.
What skills/Qualifications will you have?
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
- Possess intermediate skills in Xero, Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Basic understanding of SQL and/or Manhattan BM would be advantageous
- Problem solving ability with a solutions orientation
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to lead an offshore team
- Able to demonstrate the highest level of confidentiality at all times
