u&u. Recruitment Partners have been given the opportunity to partner with a national law firm that has an excellent reputation in the industry. In this position, you will play a significant role in providing billing support to the Firm's billing professionals and legal secretaries.
What will U be doing?
- Data entry and maintenance of existing client and matter information within the practice management system;
- Provide billing support to the Firm's billing professionals and legal secretaries
- Assistance with the raising of pre-bills when required;
- Maintenance of pro bono and complimentary matters in the practice management system;
- Uploading of invoices into client online billing portals;
- Management of billing support inbox;
- Maintenance of client and matter rates in the practice management system; and
- User maintenance within the practice management system.

What experience do U need?
- Previous exposure to Aderant/Expert;
- Experience in a similar billing role;
- Able to display tact and diplomacy whilst dealing with sensitive financial issues to achieve a desirable outcome; and
- Competent knowledge of Excel and Practice Management software.
