We’re on the hunt for a Bloody Good Administration Assistant

  • 38 hours a week. Open to it being part time for the right candidate

What are we looking for?

We are on the hunt for a Bloody Good Admin Assistant to help make our teams lives as easy breezy as we make our clients. 

The Role will include but won't be limited to:

  • Office Management
    • Keeping things clean and tidy
    • Keeeping a nice vibe (think candles, flowers, treats for clients)
    • Setting up/Packing away the meeting room for internal and external meetings
    • Stocking office supplies
    • Watering plants
  • Ensuring clients have submitted required information in a timely manner
  • Supporting our Team with overflow work
  • Downloading documents from online portals
  • Answering the phone
  • Keeping our Project Management tools in order and up to date
  • Assistance in client onboarding
  • Setting up reports and checklists (under instructions)

Your skills and experience 

We are looking for someone who is keen to learn, to be proactive, caring and to get in and get their hands dirty!

We don’t wear itchy brown suits, we don’t gasp when you swear and we don’t do ‘just books’. We’re a dynamic and mighty team here to make our clients lives easier, and have a bit of fun while we are at it.
