About this opportunity:
ICC Sydney are currently looking for anenthusiastic and motivated Ticketing andBookings Coordinator to join our team of like-minded and passionate liveevent professionals.
Reporting to the Manager, Ticketing andBookings, in this role, you will:
- Assist in the coordination and executions of ICC Sydney’s Live Events ticketing strategy and procedures.
- Assist ICC Sydney’s clients in the event planning and delivery process.
- Identifying and communicating the needs of the customer to ICC Sydney’s operational departments to ensure the successful delivery of events, ensuring repeat business, client loyalty and financial viability.
- Ensure compliance to the ticketing policy is adhered to with all ticketing operations.

RequiredSkills & Experience:
- Understanding of the Live Events, Ticketing and Exhibition Industries.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office package, event and ticketing management systems (i.e. Ticketek’s Aspect, Momentus) is desirable.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication, being able to produce a high standard of written reports and proven ability to use initiative.
- Willingness to work in a team or autonomously with minimal direction. Able to accept direction with a can do attitude without compromising safety
- Well organised with attention to details and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to think strategically, with an analytical and creative approach to problem solving and creative solutions
