**Position:**
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Team Leader to lead our bookings and Scheduling Team. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient allocation of resources and maintaining our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and oversee the Operations team ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain effective scheduling systems and procedures to optimise workflow and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
- Identify opportunities for system improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
