Your new company is a family owned and operated Air-conditioning and Electrical Contracting business, servicing the local Toowoomba region.
Your new role
You will be to sole office employee and responsible for Bookkeeping and Administration duties, including but not limited to:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- BAS
- Payroll
- PAYG
- Superannuation Payments
- General administration
- Answering Phone and email enquiries
- Ordering materials
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous Bookkeeping experience
- Willingness to complete administration tasks
- Self-motivated and friendly personality
What you'll get in return
You will have the opportunity to work on a permanent part-time basis, working 3 days a week (approx 26 hours), with the potential for additional hours.
