This new and exciting opportunity for a bookkeeper offers you the chance to make your mark in a significant way. Working out of our office in Rowville, this critical role will work closely with our accountant (remote), production manager, sales/marketing team, GM and the CEO / owner.
The role requires an experienced and well-qualified bookkeeper on a part-time (approx 3 days) and permanent basis.
It will play a central role in improving bookkeeping and business processes. Demonstrated experience in best practice would be highly regarded.

Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Preparing and Lodging Workcover, Superannuation & Long Service Leave
Bank Reconciliations
General Ledger Account Reconciliations
Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet preparation
BAS/IAS Returns
Cashflow Preparation and Monitoring
Any other tasks as requested by Management
Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience
Experience with payroll would be highly regarded
Proven problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Clear communication skills, both written & verbal
Excellent administrative and organisational skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365 suite
Intermediate Excel Skills are essential
