We are seeking a qualified Bookkeeper with extensive experience to oversee the management of retail company financial data and adherence to compliance standards. The role involves executing daily accounting duties such as preparing monthly financial reports, maintaining precise financial records, international costings, handling payroll, conducting daily financial transactions and reconciliations, recording general ledger entries, and documenting payments and adjustments accurately.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the cash flow in and out of the organization, ensuring timely payment of BAS, employee salaries fortnightly, and invoices, as well as keeping financial records current and error-free. Proficiency in using MYOB software, Shopify and vend/lightspeed. Minimum 4 years experience. Police check required.
