We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper in a full time or part time role, Flexible working hours. You will join our team and be supported with experienced professionals and systems.
The Bookkeeper Role will involve:
Daily Bookkeeping duties for multiple clients
- Accounts receivable
- Accounts payable
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Reconciling bank accounts and credit cards
- Weekly and monthly reporting
- BAS preparation
- Month end processing
- Payroll for Employees and Contractors
Essential Skills and Experience required for the role:
- Experience in a bookkeeping/accounting role
- Experience managing multiple clients and multi-tasking
- Sound knowledge of MYOB, Xero, Reckon and Excel
- Excellent focus and eye for detail
- Ability to work autonomously on the accounting function, but also operate as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent time management skills
