About the Role:

We are currently looking to employ a full time Bookkeeper at our Epping Head Office. You will demonstrate a solid understanding of bookkeeping, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You should be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Month end reporting trade debtors, creditors
• Allocated freight and associated landed cost items. 
• Reconciliation of bank transactions
• Accounts payable and receivable duties
• Building rapport with suppliers and customers
• General ad hoc administrative duties
• Ensure accurate and timely processing/entering and payment of all invoices, both local and overseas.
• Timely reconciliation monthly of vendor accounts including follow up and resolution of any outstanding invoices each month
• Timely bank statement reconciliations, including processing general ledger journals.
• Rebates, calculation and targets for suppliers and customers
• Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements.

The person we're looking for:

• 2+ years accounts 
• High level of attention to detail and time management skills
• Experience and knowledge of excel, email, ERP, specifically NetSuite
• Experience in a similar role
