Form of workThe GMA Group located in Bacchus Marsh is seeking a suitably qualified person to join our rapidly growing business.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Payroll functions for multiple entities
- Accounts payable & receivable for multiple entities
- Bank reconciliation and journals for multiple entities
- Month end reporting for multiple entities
- Creating/refining backend processes
- Working closely with our external Accountants
- Ad hoc daily admin duties as required ie trade account set ups
The successful applicant must be:
- Proficient with Xero
- Proficient with Excel
- Strong previous experience with a similar multi entity business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi task
