Serious Pty Ltd is a fast-growing Portable Toilet Hire & Cleaning company, growing quickly in the Construction & Events Industry in South-East QLD.
We are seeking a Part Time Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to assist with bookkeeping tasks involving accounts payable, receivable and general ledger items and payroll. The role will also entail support to our current office team with assisting with the processing of customer orders, answering phone calls, invoicing clients and general day to day administration duties.
The ideal candidate is detail oriented, functions well in a fast paced environment and is a team player.
You must be fully competent with Myob and have the capability to complete payroll, enter payables and prepare accounts ready for approval, enter customer payments, complete bank reconciliations and be able to assist in preparing financial reports as requested.
Skills required:
- Must be able to work effectively and independently in a very fast-paced, team oriented environment.
- Be customer focussed.
- Have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organization skills and very detail oriented.
- Proficiency in Myob
- Be adaptable for change
Hours of work:
12 Hours per week Monday - Friday - hours can be flexible for the right candidate
