About the role You will be the first point of contact within the Finance Brokerage business, by handling email, text and phone communication from applicants and assisting the broker team. In addition to this, you will assist our car yard administration team with general administration tasks. You will be required to have Xero experience and able to use Apple Mac products.
Duties/Requirements
- Ability to handle and prioritise a high volume of email, phone and text communications daily
- Liaise professionally with applicants, staff and 3rd party contacts
- Accurate data entry
- General administration tasks including filing and scanning
- Accounts payable including entering bills, entering stock etc.
- Ability to meet daily/weekly KPI's and targets
Skills, Attributes and Experience
- Cert IV Bookkeeping 12+ months Australian experience
- Hold a current drivers licence
- Be able to pass a Police check
- Excellent phone manner
- Punctual and reliable
- High level of accuracy
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer and technology skills
- Organised and efficient
