Part Time - Monday - Friday - School Hours
A bookkeeper is required to join our friendly team at Grid Construction. You will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has a keen eye for detail, ensuring every financial statement is impeccable, and possesses strong time management and organizational skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Record day to day financial transactions.
- Reconcile bank daily.
- Monitor financial transactions.
- Account Receivables/Payable in a timely manner
- Payroll processing STP, PAYG and Superannuation reconciliations
- Monthly/Quarterly reporting
- Assisting in the preparation of IAS/BAS
- Communicating with clients via phone and email
- Handles confidential information in a professional manner
Key Requirements
- Proficient in MYOB AccountRight (essential)
- 3 – 5 years bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Be able to process accounts, data and transactions with accuracy and precision.
- Great team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
