The role:
We’re on the hunt for a creative, experienced and passionate B2B Brand Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12 month maximum term contract! As the primary brand custodian, you will have oversight and management all branding efforts across oOh! Media and POLY, plus involvement in projects and support across the marketing remit.

In this varied and exciting role you will report to the Senior Go-To-Market Lead and be responsible for:

Own and drive brand strategy and vision, awareness, engagement and brand reputation – ensuring execution is consistent across all channels.
Manage all brand assets and develop / rework on an ongoing basis (including corporate credentials, TVCs, presentation templates, Photography, trade ads, merchandise etc).
Partner and collaborate with stakeholders including legal to maintain Brand Architecture.
Provide guidance, training, and approvals according to our brand guidelines across all branded materials.
Have oversight of all marketing touchpoints across the business including providing support and oversight to supporting roles – ie Designers, Marketing Assistants, to achieve department goals.
Provide feedback on local market and brand initiatives, analysis and sales insights.
Effectively plan, implement and project manage strategic initiatives, managing spend and reporting on performance.
Capitalise on creative opportunities, adopting contemporary on-trend marketing and bought media practices to drive interest

This opportunity can be based in either our North Sydney or South Melbourne offices in a hybrid / WFH capacity (expectation minimum 3 days in office).

The Experience:
You'll require a proven track record of building brand awareness in line with agreed guidelines and vision, that help drive revenue building campaigns (ideally within the media industry). You’ll also have:

A broad marketing skill-set with a creative flair and experience leading consistent brand perception.
Exceptional communication skills, to express strategy, key messaging, ideas and opinions to stakeholders and wider teams, succinctly and clearly.
A strong self-driven and collaborative marketer with high work ethic and dedication to work under tight time frames and deadlines
Project planning experience delivering key objectives on time and to budget.
