We are seeking an experienced and motivated Administration Officer to join our well-established install team.
ABOUT YOU
As a clerical professional, we would expect you to manage a variety of responsibilities and tasks. Training will be provided, as necessary.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Release jobs and create supporting documentation
- Create and receipt purchase orders
- Customer liaison.
- Work closely with the Sales and Project Management Teams to ensure accurate and timely information to our customers.
- Participate in the creation and preparation of customer presentations that highlight the goods and services offered by Albert Smith Signs.
- Microsoft Office Suite Proficient.
- ERP experience.
- Organised, efficient with a good work ethic.
- Provide Solutions to the needs of our customers with a sense of urgency.
- Excellent phone manner.
- Well mannered, good humoured and even tempered.
- Ability to maintain confidential information, understand contracts and project documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, Projects, design, production, and installation, to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Be able to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
