About the Role
A challenging and diverse, permanent opportunity is currently available at District 17, Horsham. As the Brigade Administrative Support Officer, you will provide Administrative Support and act as a volunteer and community liaison support to the Brigade Management Team.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating daily administrative duties which contribute to the support of volunteer groups who service our community
Word processing, records management and accounting
Coordinating meetings, fundraising events and volunteer recruitment activities
Support to District 17 Brigades
About You
To be the successful candidate you must have experience in modern administration, information management and MS Office. You will display excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work to tight timeframes with limited supervision. Ideally you will demonstrate experience and understanding of working within a volunteer environment.
A full driver's licence is required, and a vehicle will be supplied for use by the successful applicant. Please note, some afterhours work is required of this role.
