This award-winning builder specialising in Medium density & building quality family homes is looking to expand their team due to ongoing success!
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Operations manager, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Proactively managing customer expectations by ensuring clients are regularly updated of the status of their home during the building process.
- Maintain customer files with relevant contract, variations and other required documentation
- Liaise with site managers in providing construction updates for the customers.
- Provide updates and be the main point of contact for the customer from sales accept to construction handover.
- Coordinate the installation of gas line/ meter with authority using CPT reports
- Ensure all Building Permits requirements are met to avoid unnecessary delays.
- General administration, including preparing the Building Contract documentation for presentation and signing.
To be successful in the role, you will have had previous residential and medium density experience. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in a customer focussed role with conflict and problem management focus
- Highly organised – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities
- Working knowledge of the building and construction process
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to work in a positive and professional manner in a goal orientated environment;
- Minimum 2 years experience in the residential construction sector.
