The role:
As a Meriton Building Manager, you will be trained onsite at one of our existing buildings, then moved to a permanent building. Here you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the building, liaise with contractors on maintenance issues, site inspections, residential leasing and more.
You will be supported by a vibrant and experienced management team who have grown with our brand, and a dedicated head office administration team.
Role requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience in property or building Management.
- You must hold an Assistant agent certificate or Class 2 Real Estate Agent's License
- Be available to work on Saturdays (4 hours only) and be on call for occasional after-hours emergencies.
- Strong knowledge of Strata, property and building management.
- A passion for real estate and leasing.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate and influence.
- A proactive work attitude with strong customer service focus.
