Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include but may not be limited to:
- Ability to analyse work procedures, maintain quality of work and inspection of work.
- Liaise with property managers, landlords and tenants regarding maintenance issues
- Management, maintenance, and operation of all building services via MYBOS software
- Onsite BMS system and access control system and CCTV
- Organise building remedial and defect repairs
- Prepare and distribute meeting notices, agendas and minutes
- Arrange and carry out insurance claims and repairs
- Attend and Chair meetings
- Comprehensive knowledge of building services
- Liaising with the tenants, owners, executive committee members & tradesmen etc
- Administering general office duties
- Issuance of notices, orders, By-Laws, and certificates
- Managing preventive maintenance
- Creating monthly reports
- Summarizing and presenting capital expenses
- Attend schedule Executive Committee meetings and AGMs
To be successful for these roles you’ll also need the following attributes
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in Building or Facility Management or construction
- Comprehensive knowledge of Strata and / or construction
- Professional communication, excellent administration & time management skills
- A proactive approach and good attention to detail.
